Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. The only step I would change is, if the item is not available and has to be ordered, I would make sure by phone or e-mail that was very clear to the customer. Mine was a gift for my Grandson and I was a little unsettled right down to the wire. I will say, the store did deliver on time &I was grateful!

I have used folkmanis puppets for years. These are quality puppets that are made to last. I have never been disappointed with any of the products ordered and have used them in the classroom, where they often are handled by many students.
