How long is the layaway for?
Regular Layaways last for the term selected: 4, 6, 8, or 10 weeks.
Holiday Layaways generally start in October and last for 10 weeks.

Are there any fees?
Layaways at Folkmanis Puppets are FREE. There are no initiation fees or service charges.

Can I cancel a layaway?
Yes, you can cancel any layaway. You will receive a refund of your payments made to date minus your deposit.

Are all items online available for layaway?
All items that are in-stock at the time you start your layaway are eligible provided the value of your entire layaway (not including tax and shipping charges) is greater than $75.00

What are my payments?
Your payments of the balance due are calculated by dividing the balance due by the number of weeks remaining until the layaway period ends.

What if I miss a layaway payment?
You have a 7 day grace period after your payment due date before your layaway is cancelled and items are returned to stock. You will receive a refund of your payments made to date minus your deposit.

Can I make payments more than once-a-week?
You can make payments as often as you wish. You may also pay more than the suggested weekly minimum amount. If your layaway is paid in full early, you may contact us and request early shipment.
