Guidelines for Product and Store Reviews
As part of our effort to make our customers' shopping experience an excellent one, we actively solicit both Product Reviews and Store Reviews from our customers.
Product Reviews are intended to help customers decide on the merit of their intended purchases. In some cases, Product Reviews left by customers encourage others to purchase these products, and in other cases, discourage them. Product Reviews also provide us with valuable information that we use when deciding whether to continue offering products or remove them from our catalog if they don't meet our customer's expectations.
Store Reviews are intended to build customers confidence in our business by letting others know about their experiences throughout the life of their transactions, from their initial vist to our web site, all they way to delivery and use of their products.
In light of these intentions, both Product Reviews and Store Reviews are carefully monitored by our staff to ensure they are of value to our customers, as well as to make sure they are properly targeted. Product Reviews are intended to describe your experience with the product, and should not include comments about our store. Likewise, Store Reviews should describe your experience with our store, and not with the products you purchased.
Product Reviews and Store Reviews must be substantive in nature to be posted on our web site and therefore qualify for rewards including Gift Certificates. Reviews not meeting our guidelines will not be shown on our web site and will not qualify for rewards including Gift Certificates.
Please read the following example of an acceptable Store Review and Product Review that meet our guidelines:
"Hi! I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for your excellent customer service. I purchased a Musical Mobile from you last week and received a thank you email directly from someone within your company- not an auto response message. That simple act of appreciation, kindness and courtesy has earned you a repeat customer- I just purchased my second Musical Mobile from your website. Keep up the great work and thank you!"
"Culture Club Kids is an adorable, squishy plush toy. Every adult who previewed my niece's new 'toy' oohed and ahhed--and rightly so. While my niece is still too little to appreciate her Culture Club Kid (she was only 3 months old when we got her the toy); I anticipate "Anu" will assist my niece with her communication skills (other parents and educators have praised Culture Club Kids for this very reason). I do not think you will be disappointed by your purchase."
Please read the following example of an unacceptable Store Review and Product Review that does not meet our guidelines:
"I love your store! Will shop here again!"
"My kids love this toy!"

Note: The nature of your reviews, whether positive or negative, will not influence our decision to make them available to our customers. However, all reviews will be edited for spelling and grammar. Contact information and HTML tags will be removed from reviews prior to posting them on our web site. Use of vulgarity or other unacceptable language will disqualify reviews from appearing on our web site and receiving rewards.
