What is the Best Price Guarantee?
As a member of Educator's Corner we guarantee that you'll get the best prices on your puppet purchase no matter how you choose to shop - phone, web or at our retail store. If you happen to find an identical puppet advertised for less than your Membership price, just show it to us when you buy the toys from Phoenix Toys (or within 10 days of your Phoenix Toys purchase) - and we'll match it!

When you submit a Best Price Guarantee Request, a Customer Loyalty Specialist will need to verify all of the following information about the competitor's price:

• Best Price Guarantee applies to the list purchase price of the puppet*
• Advertised puppet price must be current and in effect at the time of your request
• Puppet must be identical: same brand, color, size, in-stock and available for purchase from an authorized US reseller
• Shipping/handling charges and sales tax (if any) will not be included when determining the difference between the competitor's price and your Membership price

*Your Best Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor prices from auction websites, clearance/outlet prices, store discount coupons and promotional offers, competitor Club or Group Sales discounts, International stores, Amazon Marketplace, mail-in rebates, incorrect advertisements, prices in violation of manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP), or items that are not new or first quality. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price matched toys and games sold to a customer. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

TWO Easy Ways to Take Advantage of Your Best Price Guarantee:

It's easy. You can submit a Best Price Guarantee Request before your Phoenix Toys purchase or within 10 days after your purchase. Remember, the competitor's price will need to be current and in effect at the time of your request and the toy or game must be identical: same brand, color, size, in-stock and available for purchase.

1) How to Submit a Request Before Your Phoenix Toys Purchase:

Please give us all of the competitor's information and follow the instructions below depending on where you found a lower price than your Membership price:

• Internet Price:
  Give us the web address (URL) & instructions on where to find the toy on the website
• Retail Store Toy Price:
  Give us the name of the retail store & store phone number
• Print Advertisement Toy Price:
  Bring the print advertisement into our retail location and show it to us when you make your purchase OR print the request form, fill it out and fax your completed form along with a copy of the print advertisement to Customer Care: 516.280.3276.

You'll receive a personal response from a Customer Loyalty Specialist within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), once your request has been reviewed. If your price match request has been qualified - we'll be happy to help you with your toy purchase and match the lower toy price!

2) How to Submit a Request Within 10 Days After Your Phoenix Toys Purchase:

Please give us all of the competitor's toy information and follow the instructions below depending on where you found a lower price than your Membership price within 10 days of your Phoenix Toys purchase:

• Internet Price:
  Give us the web address (URL) & instructions on where to find the toy on the website
• Retail Store Toy Price:
  Bring the competitor's toy information into our retail location along with your original Phoenix Toys store receipt.
• Print Advertisement Toy Price:
  Bring the print advertisement into our retail location along with your Phoenix Toys purchase receipt, OR for phone and Internet purchases, print the request form, fill it out and fax your completed form along with a copy of the print advertisement to Customer Care: 516.855.0689.
  

You'll receive a personal response from a Customer Loyalty Specialist within 7 - 10 business days, once your request has been reviewed (in the order it was received). If your price match request has been qualified - you'll be credited in the amount equal to the difference between the competitor's price and your Membership price!
